Yes, we offer a 100-night risk-free sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after the initial 30-day break-in period, you can return it for a full refund.
Are FitSleeps materials eco-friendly and certified?
Absolutely. All our foams are CertiPUR-US® certified, meaning they are made without ozone depleters, heavy metals, or formaldehyde. We also use organic cotton covers for maximum breathability and sustainability.
How does the warranty work for home furniture and mattresses?
We provide a limited 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural indentations greater than one inch. Simply contact our support team with your order number and photos of the issue.

How is my mattress delivered and set up?
Our mattresses are compressed and shipped in a compact box. Once delivered, simply move the box to your bedroom, unpack, and watch it expand. It will be ready for sleep within 4 to 6 hours, though it may take 24 hours to fully reach its firmest state.
